Podcasting is the method distributing multimedia files, such as audio broadcasts or music videos allowing users to subscribe to a feed of new files (usually MP3’s) over the internet for playback on mobile devices and personal computers.  The focus on this page is with podcasting via cell phones.  There are many voice recording sites listed on the Digital Storytelling Page.
